I’m Radhish NR, Lead UX/UI & Product Designer and founder of Design Mushers, a digital studio focused on building modern websites, scalable design systems, and high-performance product experiences. With over 18 years of experience designing for enterprise platforms across the UK, USA, and Australia, I bring a systems-driven, outcome-focused approach to every project.

My work spans public-sector services, insurance, healthcare, mining, retail, and blockchain, where I’ve partnered closely with Product, Engineering, UX, and Research teams to shape concepts from early sketches to production-ready UI. I currently lead UX strategy and design governance for NHS Supply Chain’s Digital Commerce Platform, an enterprise procurement portal, where I built an in-house design function from the ground up and led the platform through UK Government Digital Service assessment. I specialise in creating flexible interfaces, clean visual systems, and reliable, scalable digital foundations that help businesses grow with clarity and confidence.

I integrate AI-powered tools (Figma AI, LLMs, generative asset tools) to accelerate ideation, explore visual directions rapidly, and streamline documentation, always with a strong focus on accessibility, WCAG compliance, and data privacy.
